Ordering & Customization

How does the made-to-measure process work?

We will send you a supply kit that allows you to easily take and share your measurements. Once we have your measurements, we’ll craft your garment to ensure a perfect fit.

How long does it take to receive my order?

It typically takes 3-4 weeks to craft and deliver your garment.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free for all orders.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship only within the United States, but we’re working on expanding to international markets soon.


Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We only accept returns for defective items. If an issue arises, we’ll fix the problem and ship the corrected garment back to you at no extra cost.

What if my garment doesn’t fit?

We’re committed to ensuring a perfect fit. If anything doesn’t fit, we will provide free alterations.

Are your fabrics sustainable?

Yes! We use all-natural, eco-friendly fabrics sourced responsibly. Our goal is to minimize environmental impact while providing luxurious and durable materials.

Slow fashion emphasizes quality over quantity, encouraging thoughtful design and production processes. It’s about creating timeless, long-lasting pieces instead of following fast fashion trends.


Care Instructions

How should I care for my garments?

Each piece comes with specific care instructions. Most of our garments are best cared for by hand washing or gentle machine washing in cold water, followed by air drying.

Will the fabric shrink after washing?

Please wash your garments in cold water followed by air drying or tumble drying on low to prevent shrinking. If you're worried about home laundry, please dry clean for best results.

Do you offer gift cards?

No, we currently do not offer gift cards.

Can I book a fitting appointment in person?

Currently, fittings are conducted virtually. However, we plan to open in-person appointments in select cities soon.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Because our pieces are made-to-order, we don’t restock. If a style you love is unavailable, contact us, and we’ll let you know if it’s coming back or offer similar options.
